A Taxotere class action lawsuit investigation has been opened into claims that the manufacturer, Sanofi-Aventis, knew that permanent hair loss from Taxotere side effects could occur but failed to disclose this risk.

The failure to adequately warn women deprived them of their right to choose other breast cancer treatments that were just as effective but allowed hair growth after chemo to return. Now these women are left physically disfigured and emotionally scarred.
